Financial Oblications of Overseas Students
Annual Tuition Fees must be paid in whole to the Institute PRIOR to the arrival of the student in Cyprus.
Fees include the cost of issuing a VISA and deposit with Immigration Authorities.

Fees Refund
There is a 50% refund if the student does not come to Cyprus. However, after the arrival of the student in
Cyprus OR the issuing of the VISA, whether the student comes or does not come to Cyprus, NO REFUND CAN BE ALLOWED.

Visas
Every student coming to Cyprus must have a student visa. Students arriving to Cyprus without a VISA are likely to be deported.
 
Immigration Registration
Upon the arrival of the student in Cyprus, the Institute will undertake to register the student with the Immigration Authorities. The student upon arrival to Cyprus must show the Immigration Authorities that:
 
(a) Has fully paid the fees to the Institute and is in possession of an Official Letter of Admission
(b) Has at least Euros 3500 for maintenance support
(c) Has a valid passport
(d) Has a return air ticket to his country of origin

Medical Support
The Institute has a resident doctor who will provide medical attention/treatment to both local and overseas students. If the student is seriously ill, the Institute’s doctor will make sure that the student is admitted into hospital. It is to be understood that hospitalisation expenses will be borne by the student.
